Research and reporting fees are
quoted on a fixed price based on an estimate of
time involve in research and report writing.
Because of the nature of the work,
payment must be made at the time the agreement is
made. I accept payments through PayPal in any
currency accepted by PayPal. I will pay any
currency exchange fees.
