Production Fees
Because each project is different, there is no set fee. We will first discuss your project and I can give you a rough estimate of the cost. We can then proceed to develop an outline. From that outline I can determine a shooting schedule and give a more accurate price. For easy price comparison, I figure shooting at a cost of $400.00 per day. Other expenses may be added for travel, hotels, etc. I figure editing costs at $40.00 per hour. A typical 1 hour instructional DVD generally runs about $1,500.00-$1,750.00 to produce.
For a series of videos, the cost is less as we can usually shoot more than one per day. Again, each project is different so costs can not really be quoted without discussing your project.

Duplication Costs
Duplication costs vary based on the number of copies, cover artwork and any other work I do for you. A typical DVD, with Slim Line Case is around $485.00 for the first 100 copies. The cost goes down after 100 copies. We primarily do "short runs" of less than 500 copies. We will always try to match or beat any advertised price. Art Work
There is a design fee for basic artwork of the DVD case cover/insert. A front cover only is $25.00, front/edge/back is $40.00. We can include 2 photos or logos on each side. For additional photos or graphics, additional charges may apply. These costs, as well as printing costs, are figured into any estimates for the dvd production. You may choose to do your own artwork and printing. These fees are not added to the cost of additional copies purchased later on. Payment
For video production, a detailed estimate of total cost of production will be provided prior to shooting the video. A portion is to be paid on the first day of shooting, another portion when shooting is completed and the dvd production begins.

For conversion/duplication services, payment is to be made when the order is placed.

Payments can be made by check or using a credit card through PayPal. For orders receiving a discount, due to fees charged by the processing agency credit cards can not be used.

Return / Refund Policy
Once dvds are produced, they can not be returned, except for warranty issues. The manufacturer of the dvd warranties the disc to be free from manufacturers defect. The customer will have final approval over the video before dvds are produced. But there can be no returns or refunds on dvds other than as described in the manufacturers warranty. In case of a manufacturers defect in the discs, the discs will be replaced.
