How it works:

• Office visits are eliminated or kept to a minimum. Technology is relied upon for time and cost savings.
• 
  Google Documents is used to share information. This is secure and reliable.
• 
  Bookkeeping work is done at my location and reports are delivered back via google documents.
• 
  Regular reports include Profit and Loss month-to-date, quarterly P&L and year end P&L and monthly statements to customers.
• 
  Tax returns are prepared each January. Additional fees may apply to additional income, credits, etc. We will be discussing your taxes throughout the year, so there will not be surprise expenses.
• 
  Most IRS matters are handled (responding to letters and general inquiries). Audit assistance, when not related to a matter that is the fault of Mc Coy Financial, is offered at a discount.
• Once per month document pickup is included. There is a $5.00 charge for each additional pickup downtown and within 3 miles of downtown Fort Wayne; $7.00 outside of this area in Fort Wayne City Limits or New Haven .
• Clients can fax, email, or mail documents that cannot be included in google documents; making this service available to out-of-town-clients.

Signup is done on-line and monthly billing is automatic through PayPal. Cancellation is as easy as signing up.
